Mission
To open trade, investment, and cooperation between companies in Romania and the Republic of Korea, through prepared meetings and a network in which names matter.

Bucharest — Seoul
Where companies from both countries meet, introduce themselves, and prepare their path into the other market.
The chamber
The Bilateral Chamber of Commerce Romania – Republic of Korea brings businesspeople from both countries to the same table. Its role is to make possible a meeting that has a reason: a partner, a distributor, a supplier, or a first investment.
A Romanian company looking for someone to speak with in Seoul, and a Korean company looking at Romania as an entry into the European Union, need the same thing. Someone who knows both sides and can say plainly what the first step is.
The chamber does not replace a lawyer, a bank, or an authority. It does not publish figures, offices, or names it has not confirmed. It keeps the frame: introductions, missions, and a short institutional dialogue, for the members.
Mission
To open trade, investment, and cooperation between companies in Romania and the Republic of Korea, through prepared meetings and a network in which names matter.
Vision
To be the first place a firm looks when it wants to move, seriously, from one market into the other.

Romania
Industry, technology, energy, agrifood, and the creative industries. The chamber is the way in to partners and to a mission that has been prepared.

대한민국
Romania can be the first step into the European market. The chamber explains the context and opens the right meetings.
Why a bilateral chamber
Romania and the Republic of Korea are far apart. A firm that sets out alone loses time on the wrong doors. The chamber shortens the road: it says who deserves a meeting, prepares the delegation, and remembers what was promised after the return.
01
An introduction starts from what the firm is looking for, not from a cold list of addresses. The other side has a reason to answer.
02
A mission has a subject, a calendar, and meetings set before departure. The city and the date are published when the chamber confirms them.
03
After the meeting, the chamber remembers who was meant to resume the conversation. A visit without a follow-up remains a trip.
Mandate

01
Meetings between companies looking for partners, distribution, or suppliers in the other market. The chamber prepares the conversation. It does not promise a contract.

02
Context for firms that want to enter Romania or the Republic of Korea. The first question is where it is worth beginning, not how large the market looks in a brochure.

03
A shared voice with institutions, when the chamber is asked to speak for its members. It speaks for an interest held in common, not for a single firm.
What the chamber does
The public work rests on dialogue, business meetings, and keeping members informed. Events with a date and a city enter the bulletin when they are confirmed. Until then, these are the lines of work.
01
Conversations with public and private partners in both countries, when a subject concerns several members at once.
02
Short tables, prepared in advance. A company leaves with an interlocutor, not with a folder of general contacts.
03
Delegations toward Seoul and toward Bucharest. The programme is built around conversations, not around a gala dinner.
04
A conversation about how to enter, what should not be assumed, and what the reasonable first step is in the other market.
05
Companies that agree to be named appear in the directory, searchable by name, sector, and country. The list stays empty until the first agreement.
06
Notes on markets, missions, and members. No stream of news meant to cover the absence of a real piece of news.

Missions
The city and the calendar are published when the chamber confirms them. Until then, the missions page explains the route of a delegation.

These are fields in which companies usually ask for an introduction. They are not an official list until the chamber confirms one.
